Congrats on your journey thus far in Niger. I was a PCV in the Maradi area '96-'98 and loved it. (Hated it sometimes too of course.)
I've been back to Niger twice since to visit, and after the last trip started an organization- www.seedsofhopeafrica.org
I will be in Niger, In sha'Allah, the beginning of February. I will be bringing good will and funds for starting the first goat loan projects for Seeds of Hope. I am looking for PCVs in the Hausa regions to start the project in their villages with their kunjiya mata and women's groups.

As a former volunteer, I see this as being one of the most sustainable projects and look forward to joining with volunteers to also carry out their mission of getting things done.

I look forward to hearing from you!
